The following counties in Alabama have been declared as Disaster areas by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in response to severe storms, tornadoes, and flooding:

Getting a mortgage can be a trying experience. Choosing just any mortgage company at random from the internet is not be the best choice for you.  DO NOT be fooled by some low ball rate.  Many of these solicitations are from lead generation services.  These companies will take your information and sell it to four or five national companies.
